Real Time Sound Generation

The DCS system has been developed by Eminent Organs of the Netherlands.

This system does not use samples to produce the organ sound, but instead generates its own harmonics. The harmonics are needed to voice the stops of the organ in order to give it its own characteristic sound.

All the harmonics are independently adjustable by means of a Real-time Edit system (PES).

This also applies to the attack, an important part of the organ sound. The (PES) edit system makes it possible to voice the organ on site.

The basic principles of the traditional pipe organ have been incorporated into the design of all DCS models.

Standard specifications are suitable for both church and home use, however, as all Eminent Organs are custom made, any option can be added and custom stops can be ordered without extra charge.

The Personal Edit System (PES) allows every stop to be voiced individually. Stops can be moved from one manual to another.

All DCS models can be ordered with Internal, External or both types of speakers and can use from 5 to 32 independent channels of amplification.

There is no unification on any DCS organ. Consoles are of the highest quality wood veneers. Sound production is subdivided following the C and C# chest division principle. Consoles can be built with Drawknobs or illuminated rocker tablet stops.
